What we process and why

Hosting and server logs: technical data (e.g. IP address, time, page requested) to deliver the site securely — legal basis: legitimate interest. Contact by email and the enquiry form: the details you provide to handle your message — legal basis: steps prior to a possible engagement and/or legitimate interest.

We use no web analytics, tracking, advertising cookies or profiling, and no newsletter, client portal or CRM through this website.

Recipients & transfers

Personal data is processed by our hosting provider Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd, an EU-based provider) as processor; the website is hosted within the EEA. Where an engagement requires us to share data with a party outside the EEA (e.g. in the USA or Canada), we do so only on an appropriate basis under Chapter V GDPR.

Retention & your rights

We keep data only as long as needed. You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl). Contact legal@zenasset.net.
