We provide the organisational control of complex real-estate, project and asset undertakings: responsibilities, information and approval channels, status and documentation.
02What does Zen Assets B.V. not do?
No legal, tax, technical, investment or regulated financial advice; no banking, payment, custody or trust services.

04In which countries do you work?
In Europe, the Middle East, the Gulf states, the USA and Canada, including across borders.
05In which languages?

06How does engagement work?
Introductory conversation → clarification of the service scope → engagement agreement with a documented scope.
07Do you work with architects, engineers and advisers?
Yes, in a coordinating role — the specialist responsibility remains with them. We provide no legal or tax advice ourselves.
08How are fees arranged?
There is no standard price list. Fees are agreed individually per engagement, based on scope, and communicated separately. Every engagement is handled discreetly.
09Is the introductory conversation binding?
No. It is without obligation and serves to clarify whether and how we can support you.
10Are you regulated or supervised?
As matters currently stand, not a regulated financial undertaking. We provide no asset management, investment advice or legal/tax advice.
11Do you hold client funds?
No. We hold no funds, operate no accounts and offer no escrow.
12How do you handle confidential information?
Through defined access rights and confidential handling. Please send sensitive documents only after agreeing a secure means of transmission.
13What is the typical response time?
We typically respond within 24 hours.
14How do I get in touch?
